By accessing or using any part of the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their eligibility.
Big Mike provides AI-assisted sports betting analysis, expected value (EV) picks, injury alerts, line movement notifications, and related content delivered via iMessage and SMS. The Big Mike iOS app serves as your control panel for account settings, squad management, and subscription management.
Big Mike is an information and analysis service only. We do not operate as a sportsbook, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling transactions. All betting activity occurs on third-party platforms not affiliated with MHH Ventures LLC.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability to you.
This consent is a condition of the service. Opting out of SMS/iMessage will suspend pick delivery. You may re-enable messaging at any time through the app. Your consent to receive messages is recorded at the time of account creation and stored securely.
Access to Big Mike requires a paid subscription processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscription plans include:
All billing is handled by Apple. You authorize Apple to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
Prices may change with notice. We will notify you before any price changes affect your subscription.
The Squad program allows subscribers to invite others to join a shared group for discounted pricing. By participating in a squad:
All content, features, branding, analysis methodology, "Big Mike's Read" system, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by MHH Ventures LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIG MIKE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PICKS OR ANALYSIS WILL RESULT IN PROFIT.
Sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss. Past performance of picks is not indicative of future results. Big Mike provides analysis and information only -- we are not responsible for any betting decisions you make or losses you incur.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIG MIKE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to MHH Ventures LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MHH Ventures LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any betting or financial decisions you make based on information from the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, MHH Ventures LLC may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, for significant changes, by notifying you via the app or text message. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
