This Privacy Policy explains how MHH Ventures LLC ("Big Mike," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our website, iOS application, and SMS/iMessage services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account registration: Name, phone number, and email address when you sign up.
- Payment information: Billing is handled entirely through Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2). We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank accounts, or payment credentials. Apple processes all payment data subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
- Squad information: If you create or join a squad, we collect your squad name and the phone numbers of squad members you invite (only with their consent).
- Communications: When you text Big Mike or respond to our messages, we retain those conversations to provide and improve the service.
- Preferences: Sport selections, notification settings, and any custom preferences you configure in the app.
Information collected automatically:
- Device information: Device type, iOS version, and app version.
- Usage data: How you interact with the app, features accessed, and session duration.
- Phone number verification: Your phone number is verified via one-time passcode (OTP) at signup. We use Telnyx solely for OTP delivery; Telnyx does not receive your other personal data.
- Log data: IP address, timestamps, and error logs for service operation and security.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver sports betting analysis, picks, alerts, and results via iMessage and SMS.
- Create and manage your account and subscription.
- Process payments through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- Enable squad features, including invitations and shared group access.
- Send service-related messages, including account updates, trial status, and billing notifications.
- Improve and personalize the Services, including refining our pick analysis and EV-scanning engine.
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, and compliance with our Terms of Use.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, sell your data to data brokers, or share your betting behavior with sportsbooks or sports organizations.

SMS & iMessage Communications
Consent to receive text messages: By providing your phone number and completing account registration, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS and iMessage communications from MHH Ventures LLC, including sports betting analysis, picks, alerts, injury updates, line movement notices, and results. Message frequency varies based on sports activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to Big Mike or adjusting your notification preferences in the app.
Our messaging infrastructure uses managed iMessage delivery services. Message content is transmitted through secure channels. We do not share the content of your conversations with third parties, except as required to operate the service or as required by law.
Opting out: If you wish to stop receiving messages, you may:
- Text STOP to Big Mike at any time.
- Disable notifications in the Big Mike app settings.
- Cancel your subscription, which will also end all automated messaging.
Opting out of SMS will not delete your account or affect your access to the app. You can re-enable messaging at any time through the app.
Section 04
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We work with third-party vendors who help operate our Services, including cloud infrastructure (Supabase), messaging infrastructure, and analytics. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are contractually bound to protect it.
- Apple: Billing and payment data is handled by Apple pursuant to their own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation of subscription status from Apple, not payment details.
- Squad members: If you are part of a squad, your username and subscription status are visible to your squad members. Your personal phone number is not shared with other squad members.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of MHH Ventures LLC and its users.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections.

Cookies & Tracking
Our marketing website (bigmike.ai) may use cookies and similar technologies to understand visitor behavior and improve the site. We use:
- Essential cookies: Required for basic site functionality.
- Analytics cookies: To understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use the Big Mike app or receive messages, but may limit some website functionality.
Section 06
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
Message logs may be retained for a longer period in aggregated, de-identified form for service improvement purposes. Individual message content associated with your account will be deleted upon account deletion request.

Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information (subject to certain legal exceptions).
- Opt out of messaging: Stop receiving SMS/iMessage communications at any time by texting STOP or through the app settings.
- Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of data you have provided to us.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children's Privacy
Big Mike is intended exclusively for users who are 21 years of age or older (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at privacy@bigmike.ai and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data storage, secure transmission protocols (HTTPS/TLS), and access controls limiting who within our organization can access personal data.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at privacy@bigmike.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via the app or by text message. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
